1. Order Processing Timeline
Every valid order submitted on our website will go through a standardized verification and preparation process before shipment. For all orders that complete payment confirmation before 16:00 local Bulgarian time on working days, our warehouse team will start sorting, quality checking and packaging the corresponding garden tools within the same working day. For orders that finish payment after 16:00 on working days, or orders submitted on weekends and official public holidays, the order processing will be deferred to the next working day. Before shipment, our staff will carry out a secondary inspection for all products included in your package, to ensure there are no manufacturing defects, missing accessories or packaging damages, to make sure every gardening gear you receive meets our high quality standard for all home growers. You will receive a system-generated order confirmation email right after your payment is verified, and a separate shipment notification email immediately after your package leaves our warehouse, which includes your unique package tracking number and the official inquiry link for you to check the real-time logistics status at any time.
2. Shipping Coverage, Fees and Estimated Delivery Time
We provide shipping services covering domestic regions across Bulgaria and most EU member states, with transparent tiered fee rules fully disclosed on our website order checkout page:
- For domestic orders within Bulgaria with a total cart value over 79 BGN, we provide completely free standard shipping service. The estimated delivery window for domestic standard shipping is 2 to 4 working days after the order is dispatched. For domestic orders with a total value under 79 BGN, a flat standard shipping fee of 6.99 BGN will be applied at checkout, and you can also choose the expedited domestic shipping option that delivers your package within 1 working day, with an extra expedited fee of 12.99 BGN.
- For cross-border orders delivered to EU member states, free standard shipping is available for all orders with a total value over 149 BGN, with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 9 working days. For EU orders under 149 BGN, a flat cross-border shipping fee of 14.99 BGN will be charged, and you can select the priority cross-border shipping option that cuts the delivery window to 3 to 5 working days at an extra cost of 22.99 BGN.
All shipping timelines listed above are estimated reference values, and slight delays caused by extreme weather conditions, local logistics network temporary maintenance or unforeseen public events are out of our direct control. If your package does not arrive 7 working days after the maximum estimated delivery window, you can contact our customer service team at once, and we will work with the logistics provider to trace your package and resolve the issue properly.
3. Shipping Address Modification and Package Receiving Rules
You are fully responsible for providing an accurate, complete and deliverable shipping address when you place the order. If you need to modify your shipping address after submitting the order, you must contact our customer service team before the order status is updated to “dispatched”, and our team will help you update the destination address for free. Once the package has left our warehouse and been transferred to the logistics provider, address modification requests can no longer be guaranteed to take effect, and you will need to coordinate with the local courier to arrange the redelivery by yourself.
When your package arrives at your designated address, you are required to check the outer packaging of the parcel for obvious signs of severe damage, squeezing or water soaking before you sign for the receipt. If the outer packaging shows clear damages that may affect the integrity of the inner gardening tools, you have the full right to refuse to sign for the package, and contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange a brand new replacement shipment for you at no extra cost after confirming the damage situation with the logistics partner. Once you sign for the package without raising objections to the outer packaging status, it will be deemed that the package has been delivered to you in intact condition.
4. Undeliverable Packages and Contact Information
If the logistics provider marks your package as undeliverable due to reasons including incorrect recipient address you provided, repeated failed delivery attempts with no one available to sign for the parcel, or you refuse to take the package without proper justified reasons, the package will be returned to our warehouse. After we receive the returned package, you can either choose to pay for a new round of shipping fees for us to resend the gardening products to your corrected address, or follow our official returns policy to apply for a partial refund that deducts the generated two-way shipping cost.
